The coaching delivery model of LifeExCoaching leverages wisdom found in several coaching approaches with the goal to assist humans to explore and become who they aspire to become. Such approaches include, but are not limited to Positive Psychology; MBIT (Multiple Brain Integrated Techniques); NLP (Neurolinguistic Learning Programming) and CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) etc. The fundamental assumptions of most coaching approaches referred to have in recent years been validated through numerous legitimate physiological and psychological studies. At LE, we therefore believe that a blended approach - leveraging the wisdom from multiple coaching approaches - will expedite behaviour modification.
The cornerstone of our approach is the Health Pyramid - a blueprint for achieving comprehensive wellness across physical, mental, spiritual, financial and leadership dimensions. By nurturing each aspect of the pyramid, we guide our clients to holistic wellness.
Knowledge of and positive behaviors to support our journeys to wellness all weigh heavily. However, such knowledge and positive behaviors are seldom sustainable if day-to-day obstacles (which often seem insignificant) are not spotted and addressed. In many instances, addressing “Life Health” obstacles, is a precursor to any sustainable coaching programme.

Infused throughout the LE approach to coaching, acknowledging the interplay amongst values, beliefs, capabilities, behaviors, and results in giving structure to one's identity, is key.
In this model, one's identity influences, and is in return influenced by one's values. One's values influence one's beliefs, and vice versa. One's beliefs, in turn, are linked to one's capabilities. One's capabilities impact one's behaviours, and finally, one's behaviors determine one's results. Equally, one's results influence one's behaviours and back up the chain.
In this way one can see how one's sense of self interacts with one's values, beliefs and eventually with one's behaviours leading to results which feedback and modify one's beliefs, values, and identity. It's an ongoing success spiral that is either cycling in a positive or negative interaction.
Our coaches are all professionally qualified, and completely aligned to the values of LE. All of us have experienced the best and worst of life... and as a coaching community we have learned to embrace the learnings in the difficult times and gratitude in times of abundance. We understand that as humans, we relate easier to some humans/coaches than others. Ensuring the best match for you as a coach is therefore a priority for us.
